Yeading Library london

The staff is rude and very unfriendly! They talk loud and not professional. This is such a nice and convenient place to study but I hope they someone will take action on the feedbacks.

Giving 1 star because there is no Zero Star option. I went to Yeading Library today to get some books for my kids (or should I say "to get my day ruined"?). The staff at the counter looked sad and upset. The librarian who we returned the books, had no urge to even pretend to appear normal and interested in doing her job. She had no courtesy to even respond to us. I said "Hello" - there was no response. My wife said "Hello" - again there was no response. Forget about the smile on the face, the librarian appeared to be upset. After we returned the books we said "Thank you" - again she did not even acknowledge that. What a poor or no customer service. After reading other similar reviews here It appears that it is a normal practice. What a waste of public funds. Shame on Yeading Library and it's staff.

I didn't even went to give 1 star ,be honest with you.horrible service and extremely rude staff. They are continuously gossiping about people,so loud and very disrespect. I have no idea how people even went to visit this library and went to see these horrible and extremely extremely rude staff. Will never be visiting this library ever again or any other library to be honest.

Not very quite this library. The staff talks very loud about private things all the time and they arent really friendly!

Sorry I dont like this library. Customer service is poor all around. No manners no courtesy. If your facing members of the public a good morning/afternoon wouldn't go a miss. These are basic manners taught from home it's a shame. Wont be coming back here with my family# Disgraceful attitude.

For a local library it's OK, staff are very helpful, and they do have computer's to use for research and there are areas for just reading or writing too.

Helpful staff quick response

This is a very good for anyone willing to do some work, revise, read etc. The facilities are very good and the staff are very kind.
