Used twice for dry cleaning suits. Both times I'm certain they only pressed them. On the first occasion he agreed to dry clean it "again". Gave them the benefit of the doubt as they are in such close proximity to my house that I tried them again. On this occasion though I noticed an old napkin in the trouser pocket! No way it would be intact had it ever been dry cleaned. Cannot be bothered to go argue with people like that who are so short sighted and probably do this kind of thing all the time. Best thing is to never use them again.

Atrocious. These dry cleaners lost my trousers, didn't appear to care and I had to go back three times when eventually they realised they had mistakenly sent them for alteration. They offered zero goodwill or compensation. Would strongly advise against using.

Would rate zero if possible. They have no idea of customer service! I dropped off a suit on Wednesday for collection Saturday. Arrived at 12:30 on Saturday and they hadn't even started on it. When I went back Monday to collect, he argued it was ready, on hour after I had been in.

S&M DRY CLEANER gave me the best customer service. The quality of the service was amazing and they went above and beyond. They have key cutting available which is done quickly and efficiently. I recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap and quick job!
