Staff are nice and helpful but the quality of the shoes is appauling. Bought some school shoes, it's only been 7/8 weeks and they've started to fall apart. Absolutely ridiculous, you pay good money so they should at least last a year or more not just few weeks. Would never buy my shoes from their again.
