Dull faded outside area, broken jacuzzi controls, shredded frayed covers for jacuzzi, trees overgrown and stonework dirty, left waiting 3 hours before treatments, which were conducted well, took numerous times of ringing to get booked in,package not as in description, weren't offered the safe for items, nor were we asked for our loyalty cards, this was our 6th experience here, the last one also dismally poor. We will not return, which,we feel was exactly what was wanted.

Lovely peaceful place, the fact that it's ladies only is brilliant. Good views and friendly staff the only thing that was bad is the pool and Jacuzzi are outside so wasnt very clean and a lot of flies around them. Could do with a little update but other than that I would recommend and go back.

My daughter and I have been today and I must say how much we enjoyed ourselves. Helpful and friendly staff, kim did a fantastic massage and the young lady who did my nails did a grand job considering they are so short. Lunch was lovely and the whole package was, we thought, good value for money, as we could use the hot tub, sauna and steam room. The cocktail on arrival was an added bonus. Lovely day
