New entrance door to block of flats in Rutherglen took two months to complete. Door fitted in same day, one out and one in. Then the problems started. Four spars over the glass same as existing, never sanded between coats of stain. Quote was for like for like but had to email WSS to come back with kick plates. External plate was measured wrong and not fitted. WSS came up with a solution, I purchase a kick plate and fit myself! Great idea as we only paid over £1600 to get new door, like for like. It was only after they got the contract from our factor, they decided to tell us that the lock is an extra £93.00 excluding the euro barrel. So I had to fit kick plate and stain door again (2 coats) to make their work presentable. Thanks Frank. The one that refused to communicate with me is Frank. Well done. Never let WSS near Princes Gate again.

My security system went down after a power failure which also caused a failure in my internet so I phoned in for assistance and Grant called me back and within a short time my system was back up and running. He was very knowledgeable and talked me through exactly what to do to solve my problems. Thanks for an excellent and efficient service.

Replaced a security handset. Quick and efficient, work carried out to a high standard and tested to make sure it was working. Good customer service too.

Approached WSS to quote to repair a faulty intercom system for a residential block of flats. Engineer came out to diagnose and quote for repair. Very reasonable price and once accepted the job was completed within 48 hours. They also came back out promptly to reprogram the service button that was no longer working once this was reported. Very impressed with response/repair time from both customer service and the engineers. Look forward to using them again in the future for another painless experience! Thank you.
