We had our kitchen replaced with a brand new, modern, Wren kitchen. The process was the best we had experienced. The initial design went really well, we were able to get exactly as we hoped for a price within the budget. The subsequent follow-up meeting helped to fine-tune the design. It was all delivered as expected and the install was with out own builders. We couldn't be happier. I would recommend Wren 100%.

An excellent experience from start to finish with John Wilson. Nothing was too much for him especially when I changed my plan a second time. Always willing to listen and support. Installation from delivery to collection of exiting debris was seamless. Most importantly the installers ‘Proper Joinery’ were wonderful; so helpful, pleasant, efficient and quick - everything completed within 5 days. I am delighted with the finished product. Nothing but praise for everyone and I would recommend Wren to anyone.

Friendly staff who were knowledgeable about their products and did not chase you all over the store allowing time to look at different designs before engaging with a kitchen designer. Once ready staff were friendly to deal with and offered useful advice on options for different kitchen layouts and equipment. The quality of the kitchens were excellent and were easily fitted by a skilled joiner, we had local joiner so did not use Wren kitchen fitters. Web site contained lots of useful videos to assist the joiner in fitting the units.

We could not be happier with our kitchen. Wren were so professional and helpful from start to finish. The design process was not a hard sell and it really did allow us to explore different options and styles. The quality of the product is fantastic and so is the after sales support. Customers service really is at the heart of this companies strategy. We would shop Wren again however I think this kitchen is going to last longer than me...

I received friendly service at the store with no compulsion to purchase and plenty of time to make my decision. My kitchen installers were efficient and finished in slightly under 5 days. This included plumbing and the installation of a number of electrical appliances. The installers found a slight defect in one of the doors, which I never noticed, and went to a lot of trouble to make sure the finished kitchen was perfect.

Super quality kitchen. Excellent service from start to finish. Decided to use our own fitter. Only a couple of issues with faulty parts but these were addressed immediately and replaced without hassle. Definitely recommend

You get a great kitchen from Wrens. Well worth the money. Great service all round. Would recommend to anyone wanting a new kitchen. They had a great deal on when we got our kitchen.

Wren were helpful, knowledgable and delivered both the service and product we were looking for. Any issues were addressed professionally and quickly. The salesman we dealt with, Sam, was particularly good with excellent advice and no “hard sell” at all.

We have just paid the deposit on our new kitchen. Wren were outstanding. The staff were friendly and professional, with endless patience. The service is fantastic. From an initial meeting where we discussed what we were looking for we went to a surveyor's visit where he very thoroughly measured everything. Then we had the planning meeting where we decided exactly what cabinets and appliances we wanted. At the end of this we were given a 3d rendering of what the kitchen would look like plus a video walk through. After this, we will get a visit from an actual fitter who will make sure what we want will fit properly round plumbing, electrics, the little odd corners everyone has. Wren remove the old kitchen and can do everything, lighting, plumbing, gas electrics. The store is very Covid aware and they offer free water, coffee and biscuits. All in all a terrific experience and they are highly recommended. Oh, and we thought the final price was excellent for what we're getting!
