I needed an End of Tenancy carpet cleaning as I was moving houses and I called them last minute and they did not hesitate, or even think twice before taking it on. They came in the next morning and have done an excellent job, I was really happy with their service and could not have asked for better. My tenant had a massive leak from a radiator in the lounge and the carpet, underlay and all of the flooring underneath was sodden. I called Andrey and he promised to be there within a couple of hours to try and vacuum up as much of the water as possible. He actually managed to vacuum up 41 litres in the end. He was helpful, polite, professional and did a good job.
