A pleasure to deal with. I made an enquiry after hours not expecting a response until the following day. Within minutes Richard had got back to me and although he was no longer in the showroom went through everything I needed to know. I was told I would get a call back in the morning with a part exchange price etc. As promised I got a call in the morning and a very reasonable offer on my vehicle. I arranged to go up later the same day to do the deal. Upon arrival there was no pushy sales tactics and everything was as described and perfectly presented. Hand over was effortless and whilst the last bits of paper work were sorted I was shown around the show room and there other vehicles ( the mods they do really are done to a high standard and I could easily have spent a fortune ). I will certainly be getting more vehicles from Richard and would highly recommend them to anyone else looking for good honest sales and vehicles.

Excellent service from Ian & Richard and the team at WCS on the purchase of a VW transporter both modifying the van for my personal preferences before & after delivery and at a very competitive price.
