Absolutely wrose doctor surgery ever, don't even deserve a one star. Even if u try to ring them at normal time (not the rush hour 8 till 10) you still have to wait in the queue and when it's your number no one will pick up the phone. So fed up with them.

The worst possible service you can get. I'm not sure if they trying to be the worst or it's just in their nature. Receptionist behaves like the doctor's. Try ringing them and you'll get nowhere with. You can complain as much as you want but you'll never get anywhere with. That is why me and my family we all went private. So now I can book appointment at any time of the day always after work even on Saturdays.

This place does not deserve a star but it's the only way I can put my review towards. Most of the receptionist are all full of attitude and think they are consultants when they are NOT. The phone system is disgusting, called at 8am can not get through finally got through around 8.35 to be waiting in a queue at number 26 when I finally got to number 1 I waited n waited for the call to just cut off. It has taken me all morning to make an appointment. As a Professional practice it has gone down hill and the service is appaling to say they deal with poorly people. Will be going to another practice. Not worth the stress. Minus 10 star!!!!

I am sick to death of never getting through on the phone, after coming down the No's it rings for ever and no one answers. It is less stressful to put my coat on and go down to the surgery. I have reported this many times but got no satisfaction, now a gentleman from another organisation was trying to make an appointment with a room for his time to help me and my husband. And he had the same problem. How can patients be helped when they cannot get through to arrange things...it is disgusting.

worst surgery ever been trying to get a app for the last 3 days forget phoning they dont even post apps online whats the point of even having a online system. if you go thru the centre ul see the surgery empty yet they say theres no apps available. dont even deserve the 1 star id give minus billion if i could. Anyone thinking of joining ....DONT.

Would give them negative stars if possible. The most useless medical practice in the UK. They never answer the phone even though the receptionists are just sitting literally doing nothing. They turn all patients away if you go in person to book an appointment and ask you to book using phone which they NEVER answer!!!!!!!

Absolute disgrace!! Went this afternoon and the receptionist Jane was soo rude, can not believe she has been employed as a receptionist when she doesnt even know how to speak to patients in a professional manner.

Disgrace of a surgery have you waiting for up to a hour on the phone when you go to the surgery it's dead hardly anyone there receptionist most of the time fob you of when you give a blood test they say ring back in a week when you do they haven't got a clue tell you to ring another number for the blood test when you ring them they say ring back your doctor and today I rang computer system is down dont know how this surgery is still on the practice list should have been struck of the medical board even the doctors couldn't care less when they see you just try to fob you of when it comes to giving medicine only thing that comes out of they mouths you can buy that dont even know why the doctors are they sitting on they lazy backsides with out a care in the world

Waited on the phone for over 1hour and no one answered the phone. Call just ended. Tried at different times of the day only to end up with the same result. Receptionist rude and not helpful at all. Being with practice for over 30 years will be changing practices now.
