Wooden Windows stoke-on-trent

Made to order french casement windows - excellent product, excellent communication and made within a very tight timescale which they then beat. Collected in person and they could not have been more helpful (Karl Day dealing). A big operation able to show flexibility and personal touch only really seen with small operations. Very, very good all round.

Outstanding customer service. Karl handled our order from start to finish. The speed this company operates at and the quality of product that they provide is amazing. If I was looking for windows again they would be my first port of call. I would not have a problem recommending them to anyone.

So far I have raised three separate orders for a total of eight solid oak cottage windows. The first order was dealt with by Leon Nuttall and the second and third by Simon Thomas. Leon and Simon are not only friendly, polite and approachable but are also extremely knowledgeable and helpful. In my opinion, the build quality and standard of finish of the oak windows is far superior to any others on the market and I am more than happy with my investments to date.

Very pleased with the service given by this company. Windows were delivered promptly as agreed and, although I haven't yet assembled or installed the windows, they appear to be of good quality and were a very competitive price. Since I am now taking the windows to my property abroad, it was important to have them in kit form and this was the only company I found able to offer this at a good price. Leon N has been so super helpful in helping me plan my custom order, answering loads of my questions and even doing the whole design for me so it just appears in the basket.
