My husband phoned up to order some playbark at the end of last week for delivery the next Tuesday. He provided payment details and thought everything went through ok. That Tuesday he phoned up to get an eta of the delivery as we had arranged our landscaper to come and do a day's work and we were told that the payment wasn't processed. So my husband provided payment details again and were told the next delivery would be Thursday. Phoned up again this morning to get an eta of delivery and were told for a second time that the payment was not processed and that we wouldn't get delivery until next Tuesday! Very frustrating for us, but also for our landscaper who has now lost two days worth of work!
