Wongs is a fantastic jewellers in the centre of Liverpool. The new Alder Hey Collection recently launched is great. Definitely worth a visit to purchase. Customer service is excellent and the team makes you feel welcome and are very helpful. Recommend a visit if you need any jewellery.

Sorry for the very late review, years late to be honest!! . My mum died a few years ago, I didn't have many of her belongings to remind me of her apart from her wedding ring which was far too large for me. With husbands agreement I visited Wongs and they made me a new wedding ring out of mine and mums combined. Am still thrilled with it, a lovely elegant ring and I'll always have a part of mum with me.

I had an excellent experience with Wongs Jewellers throughout the pandemic. I bought a beautiful engagement ring for my partner with the help of the staff! They were extremely accommodating, and provided a personal and professional experience. The prices were affordable and were happy to resize the ring when it didn’t fit! 100% would recommend for anyone who is looking for a quality engagement ring.

We just wanted to express our deepest thanks to the team at Wongs but especially Shauna who has been such an amazing support throughout the whole process of choosing our rings. Shauna helped my fiancé pick out my engagement ring, which is just perfect, he said Shauna was so attentive when listening about me, what my likes and dislikes were and together they picked out the most beautiful ring, that I adore. Shauna was always willing to help, was in contact with him throughout with advice, support and good wishes. So when it came to picking our wedding rings, he had no doubt that Shauna would be the perfect person to help us and I couldn’t agree more! It was very emotional for me as I had a special request to use my Nan’s wedding band somehow, Shauna made me feel so comfortable and at ease talking with her. I explained to Shauna how my Nan was my best friend, we spent so much time together and were so close, one of our last conversations together was how she would love to be at my wedding but sadly the treatment she was having for Cancer stopped working, and several years ago she passed away. Her ring was left to me, and it is my most prized possession. It was too large and heavy to fit me, and so I would never able to use it. After speaking with Shauna we figured out the perfect way to use my Nan’s wedding band to create two wedding bands for my partner and I. Shauna was so kind, comforting and helpful throughout this emotional process and I felt so comfortable leaving my Nan’s ring with Shauna. We picked up the finished rings and they are perfect. I can’t thank Wongs enough for making this happen and for enabling me to have such a special connection with my Nan at my wedding day and every day after. Thank you Shauna for all of your help, and for making me feel so special. Your lovely personality, support and understanding made this process a real delight. Thank you again. I just have to say thankyou to Sean who gave what can only be described as a fantastic service in helping me create a new wedding ring. From the start he had an approachable manner. He was extremely knowledgeable, so that the finished ring is beyond words.

Amazing ring and excellent customer service! I haven't got a clue when it comes to engagement rings... I turned up at the shop and was introduced to Lisa Foxcroft, who was amazing. I told her what type of ring I wanted and left her to prepare some great designs. Lisa was always available if I had any questions and explained everything to me throughout the ring making process. The end result was an amazing ring which my fiancee is obsessed with! The only job I had to sort on my own was getting the correct ring size, but obviously I couldn't do that. The ring was too small, but luckily Sean and the team were on hand to fix the ring on the same day, which we are so grateful for. Thank you to Lisa, Sean and the rest of the team!

Would definitely recommend to anyone! The customer service is outstanding! Louise in particular was excellent, when the ring I’d chosen was no longer available she sourced an even better looking one! And had it ready in double quick time in order to make my proposal happen! So once again thank you!!!
