Windows glass review We live in West Midlands and we wanted front of house windows replaced. We went to many companies but only 2 seemed professional in the way they handled our quotes from start to finish. Wolverhampton glass Ltd and DW windows. Both reps came around and supplied us with fully detailed quotes. Dw windows were around £500 more however both companies have been around for along time and both have got same credentials so my deciding point was to see the windows in their showrooms to see if there were any difference. I can say there was no difference at all in the way they looked and feeled, locked etc. I asked DW windows to justify spending the extra £500 with them as everything else was the same and they couldn't so naturally had to pick Wolverhampton Glass. Not only were they the cheapest but the installation guys were good and finished them within a couple of hours (despite it raining and hailing all over them). All in all a smooth progress. Another bonus is that this company always answerered their phones when I had a question. Only thing I'd change is that I would have liked the sales rep to keep in contact with us from start to finish just to ensure that all questions went threw him but that's it.

Stay clear . Un professional . Wouldn't waste your time. - the guy in the showroom got mixed up between which windows were PVC and which were aluminium - we had to point out you could see the metal in the screw holes at which point he tried to convince us they were plastic. - the same guy told us he didn't know the name of some of the windows as he'd been on holiday; we were told to take a photo of the ones we liked in the showroom when asking for a quote - we opened one of the brochures he gave us to find the name easily within the front page - he tried to convince us the sliding door frames were "slim line" when they were nearly three times the thickness of other frames we have seen. - we spend time in the show room talking through our needs, location of the project and were promised a quote. We sent over the drawings for our whole house for them to call a week later and say they weren't quoting for it as they didn't think they would get the job so they were not going to bother. The shame is although the sliding doors were not to our taste, we liked the window profiles and would have ordered our windows from them.

A great company. Provided doors and window to us on 2 occasions and both times very professional, friendly and very reasonably priced. Zero mess left, product and workmanship of top quality. Initial contact was hassle free and not pushy in the slightest. Would highly recommend. Thanks! 👍

Wolverhampton Glass offered a great service from start to finish, especially during this difficult time due to Covid 19. They were efficient during each stage from initial consultation to the final stage of the windows and doors being fitted. The anthracite grey colour looks amazing! They were competitively priced so we will definitely use them again.
