I just wanted to thank Yaseen for a great customer buying experience regarding my new Kia. He made me feel welcome from the moment I walked into the showroom despite my not having an appointment and took time to talk me through all my options. In truth, it was my first time buying a car on my own and I was dreading the process, but he helped me though with patience and good humour. Everything was swift and efficient and within a few days, I drove off with my new car. I must say, I am delighted with it!! I would also recommend all his colleagues at WLMG Kia Eastcote who have also been very friendly and welcoming. If I have any friends looking to buy a new car in the future, I will definitely be sending them to WLMG Kia Eastcote.

Very disappointing experience. Initial order went well until my salesman left the company and then it all went south. No communication between the colleagues there, the staff don't appear to know what's going on and I would say they are either extremely poorly lead or they are horribly short staffed. Perhaps a combination of both. When my car was ready for collection, it was in a right state. Ended up taking it home and cleaning it myself. Usually, the collection of a new car is a joyous occasion. Well, it was certainly joyous for WLMG as they have completed a sale. Just hope they are able to sort this out for future potential customers. Doubt I would use them again. Already looking for an alternative dealership to deal with for servicing and any other requirements.

I came to WLMG last week and I was swiftly approached by a well spoken, articulate gentleman MO. He had all the knowledge and expertise I could of asked for, he really went out of his way to find the right car for me that ticked all of the boxes. It was such a good experience and most importantly hassle free. I recommend anyone to go along and speak MO and get the same 5☆ experience I did. I'm so happy with the service .

The place was easy to find, they have a good amount of great cars for sale we looked at the electric MG nice spec, we met a very nice sales man called David he knew his business well.
