Absolutely brilliant experience buying a car from Clevedon branch of Winterstoke. Neil and team were knowledgeable, honest and helpful from the first call to the final drive off. Bought a car in immaculate condition despite age and I am thrilled with it. Only owned it a day, so writing this hopefully, but it seems that Winterstoke have done all they could to ensure that it will run and last - preempting potential faults associated with the make and model, such as replacing the sunroof trim on a VW in advance of problems. I had slight hiccup with insurance because I hadn't checked my company and they don't deal with imports, but a quick referral to a local broker resulted in decent and immediate cover. Can't recommend highly enough and if / when I need another motor, I will definitely travel all the way to Bristol from London again. Well done, and thanks.

From start to finish Sam and Neil provided my self and my husband an A** service. As soon as I had registered my interest in buying a Nissan Cube from them Sam kept me fully updated on their stock. Today myself and my husband drove over two hours to buy a beautiful pale green Nissan Cube Rider from Sam and Neil. Neil sorted our Finance, car tax, AA cover, private plates and finally insurance after my own insurance company wouldn't cover the car. This is a friendly and efficient dealer, no pushy sales but very helpful and knowledgeable. I bought a car recently - I saw it as I drove past and went back to view and test drive. No problem with test drive and all the documentation was available there and then, I didn't have to ask to see it. There were a couple of minor niggles, easily sorted under the warranty, all in one day - I dropped the car off, they took me home and the next day when it was sorted, they picked me up and gave me the car back - excellent service, thank you

I purchased my new to me car last December (2020) from Neil having read the reviews here. I must say that now having dealt with Winterstoke Motor Company I do not recognise how the 1* ratings came about, because I was treated respectfully before, during and after sales. I have never felt such little pressure in purchasing anything anywhere . We agreed a sale price where Neil was generous to me with a part exchange valuation. Following the purchase and subsequent ownership there were a few gremlins. These were remedied promptly and at my convenience, Neil actually went further than required to make sure that I was satisfied. I would have no hesitation in recommending Winterstoke Motor Company and they will be my first choice when I next consider another car.
