Two previous sales had fallen through during the pandemic through other agents, and Winkworth did a fantastic job relaunching the property, advising on the photos and video and marketing the property in the most difficult of circumstances. Once the new sale was agreed, Matthew and his team did a great job ensuring everyone was kept informed and the negotiations were handled in an extremely professional and timely manner.
