Booked this company to carry out a repair to Conservatory Roof day before they were to attend they rang to say they do not repair isolated leaks but carry out full service. Nice of them to be honest but waste of both parties time.

Definitely not your average window company! First class service from start to finish. Initial call was dealt with professionally and promptly. The first visit from the guy who came to look at our requirements was brilliant. He showed us samples and gave us very helpful advice and suggestions regarding the front door which has turned out to be the best thing we could have done and better than we imagined. The person that came to measure up was again, prompt and professional. The fitting - I have major anxiety about people working in our house due to previous bad experiences with builders, plasterers etc. These guys were great! We were already happy because the lead time got significantly brought forward which was perfect but the fitting itself couldn’t have been any smoother. Again, prompt, professional, quick, clean and tidy. Will definitely use again and would not hesitate to recommend. Thank you.

Extremely efficient service from the initial call through the visits to discuss and measure up right to the speedy installation. All handled professionally and absolutely no pressure selling. Will definitely use again in future if work needs doing.

Friendly staff both on the phone and in person, Jamie came to give the quote, he was knowledgeable and not pushy. The job was completed quickly and professionally (sorry I don’t know the lads name who fitted the replacements). I contacted them through recommendation and I would recommend to anyone else.
