Winder Carpets and Beds leeds

Really impressive outfit. Would recommend not cheap. But like anything quality does not come cheap.

My partner went in picked our living room carpet and booked a date, didn’t have her bank card with her at the time so the person who served her told her she can come in and pay anytime. She left it about 3-4 days to come in to pay since she works a lot, and was told we’ve lost our date and have to wait 2 weeks to get the carpet fitted so basically we can’t use our living room now with our kids till it’s done. Fair enough she maybe should of gone in and paid earlier but it’s not hard to make a 2 minute phone call and warn us we’re going to loose a date. Not happy with the customer service at all

Can't say enough about Winder carpets, they give an excellent service, friendly and very helpful Thanks to Phil ( top salesman !! ) he sorted our orders out and we had our carpets down by a very experienced fitter, in no time at all. I would fully recommend them, and if you are looking for a new carpet, wood floors etc. don't hesitate to call in, ask for Phil and tell him I sent you !! He's great and will give you the best professional service ever.
