I found them very helpful when we were changing the ownership on house deeds. They offered free advice over the phone that helped us avoid a big paper trail with the bank. The fees for their work were reasonable and explained in advance. When it came to the appointment, they had all the documents ready for us and took the time to explain everything. Very professional and helpful.

This is the worse solicitors on earth. Not only do they make you feel like a burden and that their too busy all the time.. they charge you for thin air. Leanne told me a letter to someone would cost me x amount plus vat which is fine, she said she would send me a draft to make sure I was happy, i told her to take out 1 paragraph and all was good to go. To my horror I later get billed for triple the amount of this letter as I was charged for the draft as well deleting one paragraph off plus another fee that came from thin air all of which I wasn't made aware off. Absolutely disgusting. Stay away!!!

Sorry, not happy with the service I received, I felt that my case was at the bottom of the pile and was not kept on top of with no updates on progress, or lack of! Wouldn't use again.

Would give zero stars if I could but had to put a minimum of one. Probably the most unprofessional law firm I’ve ever come across. Avoid at all costs.

The most appalling solicitors i have ever dealt with...they are very devious especially when dealing with the elderly they confuse them with there wordings especially with wills the receptionist at the Horsforth office is very rude ...they are unprofessional and extortionate...avoid at all costs....
