Absolutely disgusted with phone line.08.47am called in queue till 09.15am said no.1 in queue. Then said " sorry your call cant be taken and dropped the line". Wow its a massive difference when your paying for a.medical, they'll bend over backwards to get you in.

Visiting Derby I needed a repeat prescription for medication for a chronic condition. Once the receptionist had understood my slightly unusual circumstances service thereafter was good and the medical consultation appropriate and caring.

Cannot fault this surgery . I became a patient here a few months ago and unfortunately have had to visit a lot but NEVER had a problem getting an appointment. I call on the day and they see me within an hour most the time .i know from working in healthcare myself that the pressures are high but they never fail me . Especially doctor Beatie (?) And Dr Ghandi . Amazing . Thank you

Having been a patient at this Surgery for nearly 50 years, the Standard of Of Patient care continues to decline on a daily basis!! You cannot get an appointment for love nor money? Even a telephone appointment is like asking for an Audience with the Queen! When I mention anything about the service all I get from the practice manager is...Oh well our workload has increased so much?? Surely not if you are not actually, seeing patients in person??? I went through a really Scary time a while back was sent to the Royal for a C.T. Scan and was told to call my G.P. ASAP to tell him what they had found, However when I tried to Contact my G.P. I was as usual fobbed off...is this really how far you have sunk!!! When I managed to speak to the Practise manager...SHE LIED TO ME!! And had absolutely no interest in my condition!!! Unbelievable!! Heard nothing since the so called diagnosis?? No treatment recommended or advised....I Do not feel that I will EVER TRUST them again!!! Such a shame that things have decline as badly as they have and Shame on the practice for allowing this to happen.....As I always thought you really cared for your patients!!!

So I tried to get an appointment for several months and a finally had one with one of the Doctors. I’ve explained my issue that I’m having problems to get pregnant and that I’ve had early miscarriages so I want to be tested and find out the reason and what options do I have. Doctor Kanwal Kaur requested 2 blood tests which I’ve done 2 weeks ago. After 2 weeks I’ve emailed the practice because I’ve not been contacted regarding my results and what to do next. Next day I’ve received not very good reply from them. I was shocked. Instead of passing my issue to a different Doctor they spat on it and just ignored it. So now I have to go through all this hell again trying to get an appointment. I feel very depressed and I don’t know where to get help. I just want to get tested and I want to do it ASAP. I don’t understand why I’m paying NI for if I can’t get any help. This same day appointment system is not working. People should be able to book an appointment for any other day.

I, like my family have been with this practice for many years.Lots of changes over that time and I do have to say for the better.Yes telephone lines are busy BUT so is every other practice up and down the country this is not the fault of the GPs or reception staff.Any doctor I ever seen or nurse for that matter are always kind helpful and never feel fobbed off. Many people have questioned why I continue to stay there when I need to travel in my car to it..simple fact is,This practice is very damn good.Well done everyone

Have tried to get an appointment to see a GP for weeks. On line appointments are not available phoning just says line is busy and to call another time. Website gives no indication how to speak to someone or try and make an one line appointment even an phone appointment. My ear condition got to the point that it then became infected and I had to go to the walk in clinic where I was seen within 10 minutes. This could have been avoided. Please sort out the appointment system with at least an option. I am very disappointed the system in place.
