Visited the practice Thursday and i no longer have to pay as ive recently turned 60. The receptionists were polite and helpful, however when i met the new dentist she was the complete opposite! No introduction, no oral check, no explanation as to what she was doing and no follow up instructions. She didn't communicate in anyway really, no "Hello" or "Goodbye". Is this the kind of service to expect now that i no longer put money in their pocket? Very unprofessional and unpleasant visit.

After knocking my 3 front teeth out during lockdown and having no dentist this surgery seen me as an emergency went in there shaking crying and petrified what lovely calming ladies working there after 4 weeks I have lovely new teeth that I couldn't be happier with thank you all so much x
