In my experience, professional and approachable doctors and nurses. At my most recent appointment, I was seen quickly and given useful advice for a sports injury. I have also found the reception staff to be helpful and efficient.

The receptionist is extremely rude & unprofessional. Made me feel very uncomfortable, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially if you’re a student do not register here.

The people in the reception are so bad, uneducated, unprofessional get rid of this receptionist and this surgery need changing

Doctors and receptionists are all amazing - they actually listen to what you have to say, and are really helpful. The lady who did my blood test today was awesome! She really helped to keep me calm, and even made me laugh. Great team.

Terrible phone service setup unfortunately it is very difficult to get through. However, staff are lovely in particular Shada, Dr Win and Dr Awan.

Deserves 0 stars nothing but problems. They don’t listen when your explaining something and they don’t seem to receive your reports from other services or your paper transfer medical documents even though they’ve been sent. I would honestly rather not see a doctor then go there.

Been trying to call them since ages but no response definitely time to change the surgery ..after all what is the point if not get medical help when it's needed
