Served twice by Amir he's a shining example of a polite sincere and helpful member of the post office brand. Gave me bus numbers and directions at the time of my urgency and offered valuable advice about an upcoming business trip. Will definitely go back there he and this post office is/are my default favourite!

I had a good experience, its the first time I am sending a parcel from the UK to overseas. I didn't have much knowledge about how things works, one of the staff ameer really helped me. I'm waiting for my parcel to get delivered, so can't say on that but overall I had a good experience.

Disgusting staff all of them in the post office they do not even know what they are doing, my father passed away and they didn’t even know how to close a post office account down they didn’t help me in anyway they told me it would takes 8 months they phoned someone to ask them how to do it I asked to speak to a manager got told he was in Liverpool I then asked for her name she wouldn’t give it me, I phone a couple of days later to her telling me he is still in Liverpool I don’t think there is a male manager,They need to be retrained instead of screaming at the customers it her post office

Was torn between a 1 or 2 star review, but will give 1 - overall the customer service was quite awful. Got the email notification to collect my parcel, only for the post office person to say it's not there yet. A bit confused and frustrated, I asked them to check again and lo and behold, the parcel was actually there but they did lose my parcel from the previous day. Just not a helpful environment for customers.

Terrible. Very very rude and unprofessional staff. They accepted the same package from me everyday for the past 1 month but today turned me away as they said the packaging wasn’t done properly (the same packaging as the last month) just because the guy is was doing a training and showing off in front of the trainee. When I asked for the manager no one answered me back and they pretended to not hear me and began serving others as I was standing at the counter. Disgusting behaviour and surprisingly the other post office accepted to send my parcel the way it was. This is not my first issue with them. Another time they sent the parcel back to me as they read To and From instead of each other so I received my own parcel back. Terrible. I don’t recommend them as they are not professional at all. No proper training and very rude.
