Basically never listened to, critical documents never filed before the court and as a result my children placed into long term foster care. No empathy and treated like a second class citizen. Avoid at all costs

Only giving 1 star as its the only option - Poor customer service. - very poor communication. (for no reason other than laziness or forgetting to do something) - Once money has been received the job will get done in their own time rather than when it should be done! - If you love your children/family/life do not go with Williscroft and Co unless you have plenty of time on your hands and are not looking to get matters resolved quickly and efficiently. Would not recommend.
