I want to thank everyone at Williscroft Solicitors for their support and kindness to me during the most stressful time of my life.It was a long legal battle of more than two years but Lucy ,Shona and Stephanie were always there to discuss my worries and concern.Luch has always been very supportive and explained the legal matters very clearly to me. I highly recommend Williscroft to everyone for their legal struggles. They also provide Legal Aid which is a blessing for people struggling financially.

Shocking is an understatement. I was on legal aid and in a messy custody battle for my children. Basically never listened to, critical documents never filed before the court and as a result my children placed into long term foster care. No empathy and treated like a second class citizen. Avoid at all costs

Only giving 1 star as its the only option - Poor customer service. - very poor communication. (for no reason other than laziness or forgetting to do something) - Once money has been received the job will get done in their own time rather than when it should be done! - If you love your children/family/life do not go with Williscroft and Co unless you have plenty of time on your hands and are not looking to get matters resolved quickly and efficiently. Would not recommend.
