Bought a used car with David from William Select recently. He is patient, friendly and helpful. Found the cigarette lighter not work after a week of purchase. Took my car to them and got fixed within hours. Very efficient! Overall nice service experience for purchasing my first car. Would recommend!

Regrettably, the service provided in arranging a service plan for my FPace was less than appalling. Telephoned for a Plan to be set up, the errors commenced, the documentation forwarded to an address I haven’t resided for 6 years. Wrong information given to EMac , No documentation given as to terms and conditions or plan benefits. Was left with me to rectify the errors made. Numerous emails failed to to secure the requested documentation with the response it’s in the post, 8 days later says it’s not. Needless to say now Service Plan cancelled and Williams have lost a future customer.

Friendly staff and great atmosphere to by a new or used car.

Friendly service, sales yard was cramped but I think they are moving premises in September.

The cars could have been presented better. A little disappointed really.

A great experience. Neil was wonderful with both me and my partner, was up for a laugh and he knew all about the car, nothing was too much trouble. The bathrooms were spotlessly clean and tidy which is always a good sign. Very happy

After being let down and misled over costs by another dealership I went on to find Williams JLR in Manchester. I was looked after by Oz, and if he was not available Claire was happy to step in and deal with any queries. They both, along with Dale were professional and communicative throughout the whole process and I would highly recommend the whole team including the receptionists who would always pass on any message to Oz if he was away from his desk. I will definitely return to Williams JLR when I need to buy my next vehicle.

Would probably be better if the staff were more attentive.
