Most unfriendly and unpleasant experience. I would take my business elsewhere. Customer service or professionalism seem to be alien concepts here.

Not a great experience waiting for a pallet from Ireland that I ordered on Sunday. This company received it on Tues spoke to them on wed and made arrangements for delivery Monday as this was as quick as they could manage.... Got a call Monday to ask to arrange delivery ! Told the girl it's been arranged for today Monday she says knows nothing about it but will try and get it delivered and will get back in touch , never hear from her so I called back . Then told they forgot to out the pallet on the lorry ! But don't worry we will send it tommorow as a priority first or second drop in the morning.... Well it's now nearly midday and you've guessed no pallet... Only took 2 days to arrive in Edinburgh from Ireland it's now 7 days and this company can't seen2 to get it 7 miles to me... Update.. Just spoke to the girl the lorry didn't turn up for work until 11.30 !! So won't be delivered till this afternoon . Some logistics company ...

Horrible horrible experience. This company just come and pickup a wrong pallet which is not belong to them from our agent warehouse, and they refuse to return that pallet, even their driver sign the paper which clearly has our company name and manifest.

Terrible place should've been shut down years ago, take your business to daltons you'll get about 30% more money for your metal, no idea how this place still gets business
