My BMW R1200GSA LC generated a miss fire as I was on my commute to work, thankfully I was near North Oxford BMW, I popped in and spoke to the young chap on the service desk who explained how busy they were but would see what they could do.. 20 mins later after a couple of nervous cups of coffee I was on my way.. thanks guys really helpful and excellent service. BTW you are now the place I'm bringing my bike to for servicing and probably for my next purchase. Keep up the excellent customer service North Oxford it's so hard to find these days.

I recently purchased a new GS 1250 TE through North Oxford BMW Garage. Nathan Thomas went out of his way to provide me with excellent service and was even kind enough to lend me his personal jacket and helmet so that I could test drive the motorbike. Mike the driver delivered the brand new bike to my house and spent a lot of time and attention very patiently explaining to me how all of the bike new gadgets worked. He was a superstar! I would also like to give a big thank you to Brendon for his help and for sending me the personalised bike video.

We've had issues with North Oxford BMW in the past, however my last two services on two different vehicles has been amazing. North Oxford BMW went the extra mile in offering the best service. We got a call a day before the service just to remind us of the service and that they will collect the vehicle. This was something that helped us a lot as we were going through some difficult time. Jacob collected the vehicle on time and not a minute late. Rozeena kept us well informed of the service and the vehicle was returned on time again by Jacob, washed and cleaned. Thank you for the great service and please keep it up at that level for all customers.

Perfect service. I have recall for my old Bmw 120d and service and valeting where top class. They check for my car, gave me list what's need to be done, all without nagging and stuff. Top note!

I have been a customer of North Oxford BMW for many years now and I have never been disappointed with the service provided. All of the service advisors are helpful and very friendly. In particular Rozeena has always been pleasant and super helpful when she has been my service advisor. She often goes above and beyond for her customers which is very much appreciated. I always know that my car is in safe hands when it is left with this garage. I wish to remain their customer for the foreseeable future as I have never had any problems there. Keep up the good work!
