Good selection of products but very poor customer service. If you go on a Sunday, you'll likely to get long queues to pay just because only 1 till is open and a very small one, no space for your shopping. Could easily improve...

I like Wilko. They sell good quality stuff for the home and garden. They sell a good range if cycle equipment including saddles, tyres, lights etc. You can get home brew equipment for wine and beer. A good selection if gardening equipment, often with seed, grass seed, plants etc. Some items are seasonal.

They had everything I needed to buy all at a reasonable price. I was served by Gwen who is phenomenal but they don't have enough staff on the tills and the one that does the lottery till (Theresa???) Is an absolute liability! Im not sure she should be out alone!

A lot has changed. Better summer/garden ware.

Great visit, store bright and clean with some good offers. I needed assistance today looking for a specific paint I had been using. It was out of stock. The young man who was stacking the decorating aisles was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help see if we could order online or if it was available at any other store. His customer service skills were spot on.

I went there while they were about to close so couldn't check around much. The prices were fine and the products were well stocked. Customer service is very good as well. One problem is it needs better signage around the shop to make it easier for customers to find what they needs. Apart from that I will highly recommend it.

Great store. Always has good bargains and sales. Nice homeware selection. Friendly staff
