Wilko liverpool

I regularly go to the store Wilko in Liverpool St Johns Shopping Centre, to do some shopping and to do the lotteries of the week! But after some bad manners I stopped going often but I continued with other purchases,home supplies but yesterday was definitely the last time! I asked for help to an employee, I asked if I could keep a box,that were emptying, was a size that doesn't sell, and he was polite and told me that had to asked the Supervisor, the supervisor come and she was so rude, I’m not used to be treated with such disrespect! “What do you want? “ I explain a bit shocked by the manners she was talking to me! Let me emphasize I’m not a child. The answer was even more reckless “No! We break the boxes and pile. “ shocked I didn’t had words for such an answer! I thanked and left with the promise to myself not to return ever. Can't help but sharing my disappointment.

You can find what you want special offers, promotions:and sales in terms store. The Eppleby there are very welcome and helpful. The only thing that maybe an improve is the tills because sometimes I found big queue so it would be great if out more people for the tills

It's on the top floor. Directions to find it are ridiculous. The pet supplies are limited. It's a big store, lots of sections, couldn't understand the layout.

I find on a lot occasions your waiting to long to pay for your goods only having one or too tills open it puts you in a sad mood .there is six paying counters. One open and the kiosk doesn't make sence I have on a number occasions customers walking out aniod

Love walking around this store. Always find things I never knew I needed. The staff are always very helpfull

Large store well Laid out plenty of great bargains to be picked up. You can buy your pets food, bedding treats, and treatments. Also have paint, wallpaper etc. Chocolate, sweets, beauty products all in one shop.

Good prices.

Feel relaxed found the things I want but It wasn't complete someone broke it guy who is working over he was so kind he explained me very well it was two different piece but lady on till she was very roud and she took full price and talk to me like I'm bugging her never want to see her again

Last place we came to for Halloween deccy's, & although the shelves were a little on the empty side, this shop still ended up being the best! The staff were all, tryna get & do price checks for us, they even emptied the window display of the last item's for us, & to top it all off, they knocked a couple of pounds off the bill! Amazing customer service!
