I regularly go to the store Wilko in Liverpool St Johns Shopping Centre, to do some shopping and to do the lotteries of the week! But after some bad manners I stopped going often but I continued with other purchases, home supplies but yesterday was definitely the last time! I asked for help to an employee, I asked if I could keep a box, that were emptying, was a size that doesn't sell, and he was polite and told me that had to asked the Supervisor, the supervisor come and she was so rude, I’m not used to be treated with such disrespect! “What do you want? “ I explain a bit shocked by the manners she was talking to me! Let me emphasize I’m not a child. The answer was even more reckless “No! We break the boxes and pile. “ shocked I didn’t had words for such an answer! I thanked and left with the promise to myself not to return ever. Can't help but sharing my disappointment.

It's on the top floor. Directions to find it are ridiculous. The pet supplies are limited. It's a big store, lots of sections, couldn't understand the layout.

Last place we came to for Halloween deccy's, & although the shelves were a little on the empty side, this shop still ended up being the best! The staff were all, tryna get & do price checks for us, they even emptied the window display of the last item's for us, & to top it all off, they knocked a couple of pounds off the bill! Amazing customer service!
