Convenient location in the centre of morley Town centre. Car park outside however the car spaces are very close. The shop itself is well laid out and has a good selection of products (Not Food) which is reasonably priced. Staff are very friendly and helpful

Not sure why they charge £5 for wax melts when you can get them from B&M etc for £1.50. They do well silica cat litter for £3 a bag though which is about the cheapest per litre I've managed to find. The staff are polite.

I'm disappointed in Wilkinson's morley today. I was shopping with my 3 year old when she told me she needed a wee. My daughter isn't able to hold her wee like most adults or kids her age and therefore I asked a colleague if she could quickly nip to their staff toilets. They said no and told me to go to morley market opposite. My daughter could have weed herself before she got to morley market and I was therefore full of stress and upset. Because wilkos is a shop I shop in regularly and will no longer be shopping here. I work in customer service and I know what makes excellent customer service and what can literally make a person's day and unfortunately you made my other wise slightly stressful day into a nightmare of chasing around to get to the toilet. To say that would have literally taken a minute of your staffs time to help me out is disappointing.

I really wish they would either look after the plants properly or reduce the scruffy and dying ones so they have a chance to be sold. Broke my heart today to see the state of what could be a good selection.
