Sorry hit the star accidentally I always shop at Wilko I find the staff freindly and polite but trying to order into store Hard work

Would rather use a store than the website ...here's why Never again Well for quality and price to suit all budgets you can't go wrong but this is the last time I shop with Wilko online. I placed an order for £153 of various decorating items as I don't drive, it was going to be a pain to carry or get a taxi with.  I was told items would be delivered by the 13th. The next day I get a email saying DPD will deliver my order. I'm up at 6am on the 10th emptying the bedroom and getting it prepared to start there when at 07:30 a email arrives saying all my stuff except the bedroom wallpaper has been dispatched ...so I sent a bit of a rant to them about it, that they choose then to let me know and that I've gotta now travel around finding wallpaper or pay them again after waiting 3-5 days for a refund and no word when they will get the one I wanted in stock. When DPD arrive ...it's with 2 rolls of wallpaper so I can't even start anywhere else. Today I get a text saying Yodel are bringing my Wilko order so again I wait and it's still not the complete order to start in any of the rooms as I'm waiting on 3 tins of paint still ...maybe Hermes this time will deliver it ...I'm guessing Wilko don't like to leave any delivery companies out and maybe my order will get delivered by the 13th...just every day until the 13th. I'm really not impressed with this service at all

Went in for artificial flowers it said that they were 6.50 nooo according to the rude lady on til 10 pounds she goes marching down no they are for the other flowers if placed in a line with price don't try and be a clever women. when I know I am right anyway I called you rude and your reply was so are you lady you are in wrong job if speak to customer like that I really hope you read my review and improve on your customer service go on a course.

Clean and clear aisles, friendly staff but new layout forces disabled people to walk up and down 2 aisles when all you want to get to is where the drinks are

If you are a student and you need bedding item, stationary and items to start off your student life then do not waste time in Morrison or Tesco. Just straight go to Wilko and you will find all the necessary items atleast 20-30% cheaper. Trust me!

Lady on till dint want to serve us told us if you paying by card go to self service which did not work people behind us wer paying card she kept on serving them we left the store without buying made us so upset
