When we had our visit in London, we we're very amazed by how their staff assisted my uncle on fitting his shoe. They also have personal trainer that have well assisted my uncle. Their service are great and their prices are truly affordable and worth it. I recommend Wide Fit Shoes to you all who needs assistance fitting you all shoes. Staff are very friendly too, very accommodating!

I hate that it's taken me this long to find these guys! Nina was very accommodating and I walked out with three pairs of shoes that actually, wait for it....fit! Miracle of miracles. What I also loved it that, as someone in my 20s, there were way more stylish options than I thought, I dreaded coming out with a 'practical' looking shoe but I ended up with shoes that were practical AND stylish. A small error was quickly solved without too much drama as well. Will be back!

I wish we had found this shop years ago!! My Mum has terrible problems with her feet, hammer toes, bunions and osteoarthritis. She hasn't had a comfortable pair of shoes for years until we went to Wide Shoes today. She now has perfect shoes and slippers, A big thank you to the lovely gentleman who served us, he was so knowledgeable and very helpful.

The best shoe shop for wide fit and comfy shoes. My dad buys a pair of smart shoes every year from wide fit shoes. The service is great and we keep going back, definitely recommend shopping for wide fit shoes.

Great service and nice shoes. Arrived promptly but I found I needed a half size larger. A replacement order was also quickly with me and a no-fuss refund on the first order equally prompt. Happy to recommend.

Their customer service has gone through the window. Miserable, unhelpful staff member. I'm so disappointed as I've bought several pairs of shoes from them and referred them to others. I use to hold this shop in high esteem but not anymore... They need to realise that they need customers.

If you have wide feet like me, this is the best place in London. I had a sore bunion on my left foot. I went to the shop and bought a pair of size 12, 4E New Balance trainers. We even tried 1/2 sizes. Brilliant shop serving a market which is ignored by the mass of shoe shops. So glad it's here. Bus stop: Kenton Park Avenue (Stop V) on Route 183.

Shoes arrived, they picked the wrong size, their mistake and happens. Out of stock for the correct size so asked for a refund! Refund given but minus shipping. Asked for shipping money back….no response. Thieves….don’t trust them!
