I have used this place on a number of occasions. Nice ambience, great staff and service. Last time i was there, ordered a roast dinner. Food was really nice, BUT one of the vegetables tasted very odd and it impregnated the rest of the dish. Didn't finest my meal Will go back but i will check to see what veg i will be getting next time.

I was given this tennis break as a birthday gift as we stayed here last year and enjoyed the stay so much. We were not disappointed as the room and most of the food was lovely. I had tennis coaching included, which was great, Mark and Mig, and we were able to join in with other social tennis. The members were very friendly, as were all the staff. The facilities are so good and we had such a great time time. Many thanks to all.

Outstanding organisation for a friend’s wedding yesterday. Food was excellent throughout, staff were attentive and from noon to midnight everything went so smoothly that there was not a single thing to disrupt the party... Lots of parking and splendid gardens too.

My daughter and I had lunch in The Glasshouse before Christmas. Beautiful surroundings. We both chose the roast beef lunch option. A large plate of food, glad we decided against a 'starter'. A couple of minor 'niggles' . Had to ask for gravy, as they forgot to bring any, and we were asked how we likes the beef cooked, we answered "rare" and it came well done. Not really any point in asking our preference, since it was ignored. Hence only 3 stars.

This is a really nice country club. Great grounds and sports facilities, but I am not a member and I tend to use just the Glass House Restaurant which we rate quite highly. The joining and annual fees are unacceptable to us in retirement, not ameliorated by the lack of a joint membership option.

We enjoyed our wedding anniversary dinner on Friday evening. The food, drinks and service were first-rate. A much anticipated "first" outing since restrictions were lifted.
