Needed 2 replacement extending tree loppers. Found what I needed online, checked reviews about the product and then searched as to which retailers had the best deal, and which retailers had the 2 that I needed. Wickes was the only retailer in the York area! No contest, they had 3 in stock so all was ok.

Horrendous customer service and after sales 'support' when their products fail - once they have your money they simply do not care one bit. Fail to address their poor products - never buy a kitchen from them. Their guarantee is not worth the paper it is printed on as they find every excuse under the sun not to honour anything. Don't be fooled. Shot yourselves in the foot really as I am sure I will buy multiple kitchens and multiple DIY products in my life and I now make an effort to go anywhere but Wickes!. Never getting another penny from me. Poor all-round; trust me, avoid.
