Absolutely great. Nice big store. Great selection of products. Helpful staff.

If you need some DIY project materials and you're in a rush or it's a Sunday then it's arguably better here than nipping to b&q. The Pudsey store is a decent size with a wide variety of stuff. Nice staff who are both knowledgeable and helpful.

They seem to have pretty much everything here, and if they don't, they'll have something that will do the job. The sheer size of the place is bit daunting at first, but there's plenty of staff floating around who're happy to put what they're doing aside for a couple of minutes to help customers who ask. I got the impression that they probably appreciate the break in the monotony. You do need to keep your wits about you as machinery is used in store, but look around you before you move and listen to the staff and do what they say, and you'll be absolutely fine.

Very dangerous trolleys Be aware that there are no breaks on the trolleys. I was struggling to stop it safely next to my car. Whilst I was loading my car from a long trolley, it has just set off by itself. Luckily it didn't bump in any parking or passing car. It was on the downy side, infront of the shop.

Tried finding a product which I couldn't locate and Daryl stopped me to ask if I needed help finding it without me even having to ask him. Great customer service and should be acknowledged by his managers. Thanks Daryl 👍🏻

I’m actually very surprised to see 4.1 for reviews! The shed we ordered was dumped on communal property, and left blocking the walk way. We’d paid for it to be erected. I begged them to either remove it or erect it before someone got hurt. It was removed. Still waiting 3 full months later for my money back. Why is it so difficult? Disgusting Wickes, unjust and unfair. Have to wait another 3 months for this desperately needed shed. Can’t order from anyone else until I get the money. 😢

Very quiet when we went, staff and customers wearing masks and clear markings at tills. Got what we wanted and was out very quickly! xxx
