The appointment booking system is an absolute joke! I have been trying to ring through for a solid week now and I am still unable to get through always exactly 8am (sometimes I start ring earlier in hope I would be the first one to get through) with well over 100 redials each morning but is still "busy" starting to think they unplug the phones at 8am. Can't even make a complaint because I can't get though!

I have recently joined this practice, I have been trying for 4 days to book an appointment. I can’t seem to get through to the reception via telephone or any other form of communications. I have rang during morning, afternoon and have been holding the telephone line for over an hour. On one occasion someone did answer and put the phone down straight away. I understand it’s Covid and you expect some disruption in service standard but this is the worst I have ever experienced. I have emailed the surgery with my dissatisfaction and I have not had any response from the surgery. My previous surgery was much better and could always get throguh even if I had to wait a little. I understand these are unprecedented times however, the surgery has a duty to provide at least a certain level of service and accessibility. This falls well below the level of care patients should receive.

INCOMPETENT AND UNEDUCATED STAFF. Horrible service nobody cares about you. My husband never hasn't had chickenpox before, our daughter has it now. To protect my husband I have tried to get some medications from the pharmacy, but they can give it only with a prescription. The lady on the phone says they don't give any medications and jab against chickenpox you have to buy it. My question is how can I buy medications which you can get only with a prescription???

Absolutely rubbish service! Expected to call to book an appointment, I have been trying for days and the line is continuously busy. The line shouldn't be constantly engaged even after 10am. It seems as though they've put the phone off the line. Trying to book an appointment is a nightmare to say the least!

Worst surgery. Receptionists behave like fully trained doctors. Ask to see a doctor and you get put in front of a nurse practitioner. All after ringing for days to book an appointment. Why do the doctors get paid ridiculous money of they can't or don't want to see their patients face to face. Absolute jokers.
