Rude unhelpful staff member. Did not offer her name (very large lady) only way to describe her unfortunately. I was looking for some Christmas cards fire my family. I asked where they were situated. I was ignored at first , then rudely told she was busy and lazily pointed to a corner. I just left. Very rude, unhelpful and lazy.

A fairly typical WHSmith store... A little bit of the small side but had everything that I needed. It's easy to find, although maybe not in a prestigious location. Staff were helpful and quickly pointed me to what I needed. As with any WHS store the items were of a decent quality for the price.
