WHSmith manchester

Rude unhelpful staff member. Did not offer her name (very large lady) only way to describe her unfortunately. I was looking for some Christmas cards fire my family. I asked where they were situated. I was ignored at first , then rudely told she was busy and lazily pointed to a corner. I just left. Very rude,unhelpful and lazy.

It's not the biggest WHSmiths. Better than a train station store, but definitely not as good as any other

Couldn't find what I was looking for and staff were unhelpful.

It's ok. Drink said buy one get one free but tills only would do buy one get one half price instead. Many items are expensive

Polite staff member who knew what i was looking for and found the book straight away.

Good selection of books, cards and stationary items

A fairly typical WHSmith store... A little bit of the small side but had everything that I needed. It's easy to find, although maybe not in a prestigious location. Staff were helpful and quickly pointed me to what I needed. As with any WHS store the items were of a decent quality for the price.

Good selection of book's. Quite crowded in shop. Parking inn in the locality. But not nearby. Wheelchair access.
