WHSmith manchester

I purchased a book (autobiography) which was cheaper than the same title in Waterstones. The customer experience was pleasant as was the service from the staff.

Big outlet and a wide variety of choices..Spacious enough to browse and easy checkout through scan/pay machines

The WHSmith store inside Meadowhall shopping precinct is well equipped with all variety of goods

All the usual stuff. Well layed out

Above average selection for a WHSmith, plenty of tills and staff if help is required.

Called in for a specific magazine which thankfully they had. Good selection of tourist gifts available in there. Cashiers were pleasant.

W H Smith always has a great selection, but some prices were higher than I'd expect

Poor Customer Service..Male member of staff wanted me to use self service till at opening time yesterday..no other customers...so bought lottery ticket..had no choice then ..lol 😉...

Great shop especially in these difficult times. Staff were very quick to help. I scanned my magazine through twice and a lady arrived before I turned around to confirm the delete function. The isles are a little wider to help distancing as with many shops they can see the threat of covid even if shoppers don't! The arrows on the floor are for your safety people!!!!
