You know like, what is sound and whatnot. It's one of those places where you can. Never wrote bring to kind why you last went in there but it's always a fairly decent consumer experience.

It's fine as WHSmith goes. The customer service is a little lacking as there is usually only 1 or 2 assistance visible and their trying to multiple task

Very helpful branch, came here for ordinance maps and I couldn't find them, I asked the lady behind the counter who directed in the right direction. Since then I have always shopped here even if they are a little dearer then most places. Common courtesy goes along way as I'm very old fashioned, nothing worse than going into a shop and the staff are rude and not helpful it's what they get paid for! So the customer shouldn't have to ask for help, a smile and hello wouldn't go a miss perhaps similar shops should seek advice off these lol. Keep up the good work and I'm sure I will see you shortly for my monthly Dalton mag.

Just rang them up to make a query about whether they stock lanyards, and they could not have been more helpful or friendly. Gave advice as to the type, quality and number of lanyards they stock. Just good old fashioned very nice customer service. Thank you!

It is a branch that takes great care of the details. In its stores you can find everything. the prices are acceptable, because you have to keep in mind that most of the things they offer are fresh. The staff are always disposed to help you and they are professional and polite. No doubt. One of my favourite stores
