Lovely shop. Its new, it is inside the mall near Tiger. I went in to buy baby books as presents for my friends. The shopkeepers were friendly. And they were helpful. They offered to check the stockroom for a book I was after 'the Hungry Caterpillar'. They found it and I bought it. I will be back.

It was not bad, they had some stationary and books but not much of a selection. I went in to see if they had any graphic novels and left dissatisfied. Next time I will buy on line. If it wasn’t for that I would give it five stars because the books are much cheaper than other places.

Very spacious with a large range of stock. The fact the post office was open on Bank Holiday Monday was an added bonus. This store is always my first stop when looking for stationary items. Very helpful, knowledgeable staff.

The Ealing Broadway branch is easy to shop in and well planned out. It is on the main shopping road so no direct parking. The staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The position benefits from public transport directly outside and an underground station within easy reach.

It's ok, nothing new or special, well there is a self-service post office in it, it may come handy

Misleading Open Hours/Times Expected to buy a scientific calculator at the last moment as my kid lost her a day before the exam, but on 18:05h the doors were closed. Wasted my time and turned my evening into a nightmare. Update your details people, Time is priceless!

Visited yesterday. Granted the post office section had a long queue with Christmas coming but found the store too small, pokey, items haphazardly all over the place. Some of the staff seemed sour. I asked a member of staff three times for 'sticky tape'. She hadn't a clue what I was talking about until I said 'sellotape' and then she scowled at me as though it was my fault. Not a great Experience by any means.

Wish there were more branches of this wonderfully useful store

Nice store but unhelpful staff, didnt seem to want to help nor was quick to do so. Any help given was minimal at best. Great store but wouldn't go there again.
