Shocking to see a member of staff today. Being arrogant to a polite teenager asking for help . You had short dark hair. Credit wear credit is due. Nice to see a lovely polite teenager and not lowering her standards down to such a unhelpful arrogant member of staff

Quite disappointing. The most interesting thing was the post office at the top floor. The store did feel a bit cramped and lacked books such as revision guides and textbooks. If you're looking for the basic then this is fine, but expect to be disappointed if you're looking for something that's a little unusual such as a specific textbook.

Went in for the post office. Good service, friendly staff. The shop is nice too, large variety of products and there is always chocolate on sale.

There is a post office inside the WH Smith which is great if you want to send letters and parcels. Lots of stationary and pens to purchase. There is also an post office assistant to help with the many postal self service machines that are available!

Staff are so helpful, lift being upgraded so they are assisting you using staff/goods lift.

Visited 09/03/2021 11am Fantastic help from a member of staff named Rachel. The new self serve machines can be a little confusing, however Rachel was swift, polite and professional in helping me with my package. Too bad the same can't be said about the manager (I assume) who was loud, rude and more than happy to insult her staff underneath her breath. Very unprofessional and according to other reviews on here this isn't the first time she has been like this. What a shame.

Just round the corner from Barclays Bank on Lord Street. You will find the Post Office in here too.
