My flight was late so I had plenty time to explore the stores. This was by far my favourite. Yummy snacks, cooled drinks and books. The young lady was very polite, super helpful and seemed to enjoy what she’s doing. She showed me the meal deal and it was in fact a good deal so I got it 😃😃 In general the prices are very reasonable, especially for an airport store. Thanks WHSmith and everyone involved 🙏 Edit: I went again and got told to use the self-checkout even though the cashier wasn’t busy 😡😡 very rude and unpleasant! Not coming back 😑

If you get really rude staff, have a think to why that might be. Overpriced on everything. Asked for boarding pass, declined. Don't have to show it, as not getting any discount by doing it. Much better other places to shop in. Avoid. Avoid, Avoid.

Sexist comment from staff.... I could not work the self check out machine and I pressed the button for assistance. A female staff member came to assist and remarked how it is hard to work these new machines. Then a male colleague of hers who was close to us joked that only women seem to find this machine hard. It is unacceptable to receive such comments and particularly in an airport that is the first point of contact with a new country. I hope I am the last customer to receive such treatment. The incident took place on Thursday 7th February 2019 at around 9:45 to 9:50 am.

We love this store and drop in every time we see one at airports . This time my daughter wanted her usual colouring : Stiker book for her flight entertainment . She likes spending a good fifteen minutes every time she is in one of these stores . The store @edinburgh airport has food options for kids aged 3-10.
