I am disabled and on my last visit to Smith's I used my wheeled walker rather than my wheelchair as I wasn't feeling too bad. My point is that there is NOT enough room to walk (or wheel) down the aisles. There are displays blocking the way at the start and end of most of the stands. Should you need any help or have an enquiry, forget it. The staff (all 1 or 2 of them) seem to do their best to hide from the customers and it would appear that they expect everyone to use the automatic check-out. As for their prices, just don't go there!! Very poor show Smith's, Very poor.

Well stocked store considering small size, free parking 🅿 available at two car 🚗 parks although neither of these is very close to store. Children's outside play area and public library nearby. Great pity that W H Smith has decided to replace some staff with self-help check-outs!
