Very charming store, beautiful (but pricey) stationary, small knick knacks, and a great card selection. Also located in a nice street with other cute shops nearby

A good range of stationary items, everything you need for school/work or general arts, crafts and writing. There is also a section with games, puzzles and top trumps. Downstairs they now have the post office situated across a large section at the back. They have self serve tills with one person manning them and a counter. The staff were friendly and good offers on the books.

The WHSmith isn't too bad, however the post office is a joke. It was slow enough as a standalone post office, but now that it has merged with WHSmith - it's even slower. It is understaffed, with usually only one guy running around the self service (he's great, but this is too much work for one person). Also, there seems to be little point having self service when it cannot usually be done without assistance

Friendly, helpful staff. I find it a bit hard to find things upstairs so suggest sign-posting or making the layout easier to follow. A great selection of cards for all occasions and some nice post cards of Bristol.

the best store in Bristol. has great customer service from all employees especially on Saturday on the ground floor! really love this place both to buy and browse. post office makes it a bit chaotic but that brings a certain charm. overall a fantastic shop.

One of the only big brand shops remaining that everyone knows. Staff were nice and friendly and store was well stocked.

Very rude member of staff. I was told I could not bring my drink in the store. I suggest you put signs up to inform people of this. Also do not be so rude when you talk to customers. I will not be back!
