The GP staff changes a lot and many consults are delegated to nurses when I'd rather see a doctor. Triage system is a proper pain for working people. Can't book in advance at all. Care given is great though and staff do try to be friendly under immense pressure.
Never care about their patients as I have a medical condition which is neurological. I don't even know my own doctor as he/she doesn't follow me regurarly. I only come by when I have minor problems and that also seems to be difficult. I am forced to come here though because I can't drive because of my illness so...

Very painful process to book an appointment especially if you are working full time.I had to take a day off just to make a call for an appointment.Most of the times it the practice nurse you are seen by rather than the doctor.
Have only had good experiences at this surgery. Yes they take a while to answer the phone sometimes and to book you in for non-urgent appts but given the circumstances I think they have been excellent. They always call you back when they say they will and have prescriptions ready for me to collect within a few hours when needed.. Staff are also friendly and try to accommodate your healthcare needs as much as they are able to. Feel very safe and well cared for as a Whitefields patient.
I rang for an app for my father yesterday morning. Phone was answered politely and professionally within 5 mins. The GP rang back 10 mins later and arranged an appointment for 3hrs later. Thank you for the great job all of you do, I know you are under such a great deal of pressure. 👌🤗
The worst service that I have ever experienced in 37 years
Some not all reception staff need some customer service training, it would be nice to be greeted with a good morning/ good afternoon how can I help you, please and thank you would be great. I suggest they take a leaf out of Janice book and listen to how she talks to people . I cannot fault the team of Doctors very helpful and patient
