The welcome here is always warm – regardless of the weather. Rhyl is a vibrant, family-friendly seaside area that our shopping centre matches in every way.We think we have the best place for shoppers and visitors to park in Rhyl at The White Rose Centre – central for the shops, completely safe and secure with our ParkMark accreditation, and cheaper than on the street with 2 hours for £1.60 – longer stays available too! Disabled Parking Bays, Mother & Baby Spaces… Entrance in Church Street just off the Prom!
