I had pulled a back muscle and thought I’d give it a try. Courteous and friendly I found it an amazing experience. It was kindly recommended that I do more stretching but I’m sure I emerged taller. Really good unhurried value too. I only had a back massage but the whole approach was very holistic. I’ll be going again - wonderful 👍
