GPs are lovely people, always tried to help whenever I had appointments last year. However, getting through now is a joke. I spent two days ringing using two mobiles to increase chances. I tend to start at 7:59 and keep on dialing. Last time it took me 20 minutes and I didn't even get through. Today my call was picked up and I was told "we don't have any appointments left for today, go to walk-in centre". It was 8:07!!!!! This system should be called a lottery, not a GP practice. Plus I simply cannot go to a walk-in centre, not everyone ringing has got a flu or need reassurance you are safe... The lady on reception was not polite at all and when she said sorry, she didn't feel it (however Patricia is always lovely!). When I tried to discuss this situation and perhaps find a solution, suddenly, the lady on the phone had troubles to understand what I was saying. It's not what you treat people like, regardless of where you work but here staff should be especially mindful. Bare in mind that the other person might be dying in pain and simply needs help or at least respect...

0..... RUBBISH, DON'T RECOMMEND, GO ELSEWHERE. Chetty and the Practice Manager have a 'I don't care attitude' as though they are doing us a favour, yet we pay them. They are no use to me whatsoever, changing doctors.
