Whistles bath

Excellent customer service. Staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. The shop has a very good vibe and well setting.

I love Whistles and the Bath store is lovely. In keeping with Bath. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I will never shop here again and will advise all my friends to try the great retailers with lovely and relaxed customer service that Bath has to offer. I went to Whistles to buy a dress and I was shocked by the patronising manner in which a member of the staff spoke ( learned that her name was Jane) to me and other members of the staff. Instead of a clear focus on customer service she was giving instructions to other members of the staff in a way that was not only innapropriate but that could enter the category of bullying. She was bullying her colleagues in front of my eyes. Whistles should seriously get things straight. All that customers want is a relaxed experience.

I just want to say what marvelous service I have received from two members of the team at the Whistles shop in Bath. Everyone in the shop is friendly and helpful, but Cat and Chloe have really gone out of their way to help me over the last few days. Firstly. they tracked down a pair of shoes I had set my heart on, the only remaining pair in my size. Then they were most helpful when the delivery went slightly awry, taking the time and trouble not only to phone the source store, but also to chase up the delivery company. I now have the delightful shoes in my possession and on my feet and I could not be happier. Excellent customer service!

The girls in here are always standing around the tills chatting. On more than one occasion I've had to just help myself into a changing room. Am I invisible as a middle aged woman to these judgemental creatures? Would like to think not as I'm a professional woman, young for my age (actually) who buys lots of work shirts from Whistles. If they worked on commission I'm sure it would my experiences would be different!

big thank you to Laura. i came in to look for outfits for my papas funeral, laura talked me through lots of options and went up and down the shop finding things i might want. then told me about her papa and his funeral, things that helped her on the day and even after. she treated me with lots patience and we talked lots about grief, losing a parent.. i never expected to come in and be upset but laura’s warmth patience and she was to talk on her experience made me open up to her, made a horrible day lots better. she then helped me get a discount! such a happy, shiny girl! beautiful smile. Will be back, thank you.

All the staff in Whistles Bath are truly wonderful, I love them! It is my go to shop for everything because the service is so exceptional. Friendly, helpful, professional fashion advisors and really good fun too. A real credit to your business.

Went in with my husband this week and had excellent service.... Only bought a jumper but was treated with lots of attention... Angie served me and kept on going up to the stockroom for me lots of times.... The girl with shorter dark hair behind the till also helped and answered honestly when she thought something didn't fit me right... Great service, will be back.

Took my Mrs for her usual Shopping and she loves one of her Favourite brands (WHISTLES) two young ladies worked at this stall gave a warmed welcome and especially the dark hair young lady behind the counter were very patiently with such a nice smile serving my wife, she went all the way up to the stock room which is located on the 4th Floor to bring the correct size for my Mrs. Sorry I didn’t ask or taken down her name but I’m sure you wont missed her . As a Consumer you can see she loves her job and gave a service for customer not like some other places that we’ve been that they just doing you a favour. This is What you Called Service with a Smile ! Excellent and Well Done 👍
