Awful experience that genuinely put my mum at risk, she is in the last stages of congestive heart failure. I booked it the day before for 4.30, explaining that there may be a wait because of mums illness. Cab arrived 10 mins early, driver informing the nurses at care home that if were not there by 4.30 he's leaving. Normal cabs aren't this impatient! Also explained the day before that I'd need a lift back too, and to the driver on the day. Both said no problem just let us know when the appointment finishes and we will collect. Called them to get cab back and no answer at all all, called several times. Had to book a normal cab and physically lift my mum in and out of cab. She over exerted herself. This was so unnecessary and stressful. Still can't get in touch for concession hence the bad review.
